cost to the minimum. However, it has added flexible provision to keep your Operations
and Maintenance (O
& M) expenses to the minimum through retrofitting of existing Manual (RO 1.0) Model
and upgradation to
Automatic (RO 2.0) or Automatic & Remote Monitored (RO 3.0) Model.
Key Features of RO 1.0:
- Removes Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
including Hardness,
pathogenic Microorganism like Coliforms bacteria and heavy pollutants like
Iron, Lead, Pesticides,
Fluorides, Arsenic, Nitrates etc. from water effectively.
- Removes chlorides and other organic
impurities to improve the
taste, odour and appearance of your water.
- Reject water quantity reduction through
TDS adjustment option.

2. Automatic RO Water Treatment Plant (RO 2.0)
Automatic RO Treatment Plant (RO 2.0) is recommended in remote locations where there is
absence of
dedicated operator. Automation can replace the job of operator for pre-filters backwash,
prevents water
wastage and pump dry runs by sensing pressure differences and water level with high
accuracy.
In addition to RO 1.0 key features, RO 2.0 includes:
- Complete Automation.
- Low Operations and Maintenance (O & M)
cost.
3. IoT enabled RO Water Treatment Plant (RO 3.0)
IoT enabled RO Water Treatment Plant (RO 3.0) is built with Internet of Things (IoT) and
Automation
Technology. It provides you Realtime Data of Quality and Quantity of the treated water.
It also provides
you Realtime alerts to the web-portal and your phone through SMS regarding the running
status of the
plant. No dedicated operator is required for this completely automated plant.
